These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 37ok platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bet.
Important Notice: By accessing or using the 37ok platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 37ok ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 37ok online betting and casino platform, accessible at 37ok.cam ("the Website").
37ok operates as an online betting and live casino platform designed to serve players who access the platform in jurisdictions where such activity is permitted under applicable law. The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:
You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction — to register an Account or use the Services. 37ok operates an adults-only platform. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close Accounts where age verification cannot be confirmed. Any winnings generated by an underage player will be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the 37ok platform complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction. By registering, you confirm that online betting is not prohibited under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of registration and at the time of each transaction. 37ok makes no representation that the Services are lawful in any particular location.
Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the 37ok platform. Opening duplicate, multiple or linked Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, cancellation of all pending bets and forfeiture of all balances, including any winnings.
You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering your Account, including your legal name, date of birth and valid contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in Account closure.
Before processing any withdrawal request, 37ok is required to verify the identity of Account holders. You will be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:
The name on your Account registration must exactly match the name on your submitted identity documents and on any payment method you use. Accounts where name mismatches are identified will be placed on hold pending verification. Withdrawals will not be processed to accounts or wallets held in a different name from the registered Account holder.
37ok aims to complete standard KYC reviews within a reasonable timeframe following receipt of complete documentation. During periods of high volume, verification may take longer. We will communicate the outcome of your KYC review via the contact details associated with your Account. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to KYC completion will be held in a pending state until verification is confirmed.
AML Notice: 37ok operates anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures in compliance with applicable obligations. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time to satisfy AML requirements. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in Account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.
Your Account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any third party to access or use your Account, and you may not act as agent, nominee or intermediary for any other person in connection with the Services. Betting on behalf of third parties, operating a betting syndicate through a single Account, or using any form of automated betting system or bot is prohibited.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 37ok support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account. 37ok accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your login details.
You agree to use the 37ok platform only for its intended purpose of entertainment betting and casino gaming. You must not use the platform in any manner that:
Deposits are accepted via the payment methods currently displayed in the 37ok Cashier. Available methods are subject to change at any time based on operational and regulatory factors. All deposit values are denominated in PKR within the cashier interface. You should verify that your chosen payment method and the associated provider's terms permit use for the intended purpose. 37ok makes no representation that any specific payment provider — including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah — endorses or supports gambling transactions; these are referenced as familiar Pakistani payment methods only.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the Cashier at the time of the transaction. These limits may vary by payment method. Limits are shown in PKR. 37ok reserves the right to amend limits at any time.
Withdrawals are processed subject to: (a) full KYC verification being completed; (b) all applicable Wagering Requirements on any active Bonus Funds being satisfied; (c) your Account being in good standing (not suspended or under investigation); and (d) the name on your withdrawal destination account matching your registered Account name. Processing times vary by method and operator workload. No guaranteed processing times are stated in these Terms.
The primary currency displayed in the 37ok cashier is Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where currency conversion occurs, exchange rates applied are set by the operator and may include a conversion margin. Rates are not guaranteed and may fluctuate.
All bonuses, promotions and special offers made available through 37ok are subject to specific promotional terms in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotional term and these general Terms, the specific promotional term shall prevail.
All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) is specified in the individual promotion's terms. For illustration only: a bonus of PKR 5,000 subject to a 20x requirement obliges you to wager a total of PKR 1,00,000 before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. These figures are examples — consult the specific promotion's terms for actual requirements.
While a Bonus is active on your Account, a maximum bet or stake limit applies per round or transaction, as specified in the promotion's terms. Placing bets that exceed this limit while a Bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the Bonus and associated winnings.
Not all games contribute equally towards meeting Wagering Requirements. Slot titles typically contribute at a higher rate (up to 100%) while live casino table games, roulette and certain other products may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms. Playing a non-contributing game during an active Bonus does not reduce the Wagering Requirement outstanding.
All bonuses carry an expiry period, starting from the date and time of crediting unless otherwise stated. Any Bonus Funds or associated winnings not used or withdrawn prior to the expiry date will be forfeited automatically. The expiry period for each promotion is stated in its specific terms.
37ok reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, cancel associated winnings and suspend Accounts where bonus abuse is identified, including but not limited to: creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; use of low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear Wagering Requirements without genuine play risk; collusion with other players to exploit promotional terms; and any other conduct designed to circumvent the intended purpose of promotional offers.
All bets placed on the 37ok platform are subject to acceptance by the operator. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation reference. 37ok reserves the right to refuse, limit or cancel any bet at its discretion, including where technical errors, manifest pricing errors or unusual betting patterns are identified.
Bets may be declared void and stakes returned in circumstances including: event cancellation without rescheduling; force majeure events; market pricing errors; or failure of data feeds that form the basis of in-play pricing. Settlement of void bets will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
In-play (live) betting markets are subject to delay between placement and confirmation. 37ok does not guarantee the acceptance of in-play bets placed immediately prior to or following a material event (goal, wicket, penalty, etc.). Bets placed after a known outcome has occurred but before the market is suspended will be voided.
Cricket betting markets, including Pakistan Super League (PSL) and ICC tournament fixtures, are governed by the cricket betting rules applicable to each market type. These rules are available within the relevant market's information panel. Player markets are subject to minimum participation rules — for example, a "Top Batsman" market may be voided if the selected player does not bat.
Violation of this section may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and reporting to relevant authorities.

All content on the 37ok Website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software, game content and data feeds — is the property of 37ok or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Website and Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, reverse-engineer or otherwise exploit any content from the 37ok platform without the prior written consent of 37ok. Any unauthorised use may result in Account termination and legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 37ok and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits; loss of data; loss of goodwill; service interruption; system failure; or the cost of substitute services.
37ok does not guarantee that the Website will be available at all times, error-free or free from technical disruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party data feed interruptions and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability of the Services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
37ok reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: these Terms have been breached; we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, illegal or abusive activity; we are required to do so by law or regulatory instruction; or the Account is linked to multiple accounts or identity fraud.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting 37ok support. Prior to Account closure, all valid pending bets will be settled in the normal course. Any verified remaining balance will be returned to you subject to successful KYC verification and withdrawal processing. Accounts subject to active bonus wagering requirements may have Bonus Funds forfeited upon voluntary closure.
Upon Account termination, your licence to use the Services ceases immediately. Obligations that by their nature survive termination — including payment obligations, intellectual property provisions, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — shall remain in effect.
37ok reserves the right to amend, update or revise these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Website or by email to your registered address. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We recommend that you review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent version was published.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its applicable licence. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the use of the 37ok platform, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
Prior to initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith through direct negotiation. You may contact 37ok support in the first instance to raise any complaint or dispute. We aim to acknowledge complaints within two Working Days and to provide a substantive response within ten Working Days.
